 The church in Meols was established as a Presbyterian Church in 1894 and, following the creation of the United Reformed Church in 1972, joined with the former Hoylake Congregational Church to become St Andrew's Hoylake with Meols in 1987.

50 Years and Growing!

Throughout April, Hoylake Evangelical Church is celebrating its 50th year in Hoylake with a number of events such as old friends' reunion, coffee morning, and photo display.  The main event will be at Hoylake Community Centre on 16 April when there will be a brief look back at the last 50 years and a talk from one of the area's most gifted speakers, Bill Bygroves, on 'A Passion for Life'.

St Hildeburgh's, situated in Stanley Road, is the parish church of Hoylake.  The congregation is friendly and welcoming and takes part in many parish activities. Visitors and new members of the congregation are most welcome to join.

St. Luke’s Church is situated on Market Street at the corner of Alderley Road.  It is part of the Wirral Methodist Circuit and meets each Sunday morning at 10.30 a.m. at the church. Tea and coffee are served after the service, providing an opportunity for worshippers to chat and get to know one another.
